Meditations

Have you ever been unsure in a given situation whether you are dreaming or awake? To know and understand the theory, but to miss the practice? Realizing what you need to do but not knowing how to do it? Watching life through the door lock instead of being in the center of it and making it happen?

All this is done by our mind, through its learning and habits. And the mind is not you. For many years, starting in our early childhood, we are taught to use our mind to such an extent that at some point we no longer see the limitation after which the mind begins to rule us and think for us. We cannot “turn it off” even when we need a break from it. If you search the internet, you will find a huge amount of articles, videos and books dedicated to meditation.

What exactly is meditation?

Meditation is that activity which frees the mind from the limitations of thinking as such. This is another way to use our mind. A tool of consciousness that allows us to get to know ourselves better, to learn to self-observe consciously, to expand our worldview and to constantly increase the capacity of our mind. This is the only way we develop and explore new territories inside and outside of us. Because no one teaches us from childhood that our inner world is something beautiful and limitless and that the outer reality is its reflection and vice versa. That it is more important to look within for solutions, knowledge and advice. That using the brain only in the range of “waking” consciousness can short-circuit because the real picture of us and our lives is not there. Fortunately, there comes a moment when the door to the inner cosmos opens for many people and they exclaim, “Oh, I always knew it was there!”.

Meditation is training to use our brain in different vibrational frequencies and explore the experiences they bring. It gives us the opportunity to increase the sensitivity of our senses, to strengthen the electromagnetic field of the brain, to achieve synchronicity of left-right hemisphere, body-mind unity and from there to manage our behavior, our radiation, relationships and events in our lives. It teaches us that there are other brain centers in our body that enrich the volume of information and sensory experiences. Then we realize that as much as we have been taught to use our minds, we have really only been passive observers of our own lives. With meditation, we open the door behind which we have been sitting hidden and discover how many limitless possibilities await us.

The gifts of meditation are many – better health, less tension and anxiety, faster mind, more synchronized brain work, easier decision-making, stronger intuition, more optimism, easier overcoming of challenges, more energy, higher self-esteem, more positive emotions… Awakening the consciousness of our inner wealth completely changes our worldview and perception of the world as we discover that there are no limits.
