About me: My work is to encourage & inspire people to stretch, move, and live lives of wellness. Over the last decade, I dedicated myself to movement & body therapies. The majority of my practice has developed around Kripalu Yoga, Myofascial, Nuad Thai, & Sports Massage Techniques. This dedication developed into my own Massage Service & Wellness Education company, Ikigai Wellness, LLC. Although I provide massage services, I am strongly called to empower individuals to take part in their own self-care journey. Much of what I do, you can do for too, with some training & awareness. Isn’t that an encouraging thought!

When I am not in the office, you will most likely find me traveling to play disc golf, trekking, running, going rock climbing, taking new movement education classes, or playing board games with my friends.

Stretch Therapy Yoga Class
  • Meaning: Combination of Isolated Stretching & Hatha Yoga
  • Level: All Levels
  • Description: Experiment with your body. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and tune in.
  • What can yogis expect: Slow movements, with a focus on joints, and micro-adjustments.

Traditional Thai Massage / Nuad Bo-rarn Thai

Relax in to this full-body service. Breathe deeply as you are moved, stretched, and massaged in a therapeutic dance. Breathe deeply as you passively expand your range of motion. Feel energized as if you just went for a walk in this “passive, yoga-like” experience.

Therapeutic Bodywork

More than massage. This experience aims to enhance your experience with pain and movement through physical work, including movement assessments, isolated stretching, & massage techniques, and education. Learn to manage headaches, lumbar discomfort, trigger-fingers, hammer-toes, difficulty breathing, plantar fasciitis, TMJ dysfunction, carpal tunnel-like pain, and more.

Sports Massage

Sports Massage not only relieves muscle tension, but improves performance, reduces the risk of injury, and accelerates recovery, making it an essential component of any athlete’s training regimen. Expect a thorough assessment, including your specific needs, goals, & training / competition schedule, followed by the application of targeted massage techniques to address muscle tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall performance.

Private Yoga / Massage Lesson
