Jaimie Adkins

About Jaimie: Jaimie received her  200-hour RYT in 2018 as well as a level 1 RYT in 2010, both through Yoga Alliance, and is certified to teach Vinyasa, Bikram-method, Hatha, Ashtanga and Beginners Aerial Yoga. She is also on her journey to complete her RYT 500 hours with a special focus into Yin yoga, advanced Hatha, and meditation. Jaimie brings innovative yoga techniques to curate classes for practitioners of all levels.  An avid traveler & holistic festival organizer, Jaimie also brings robust influences of practices from around the world.  

An advocate for natural healing of the mind and body, Jaimie has spent 20+ years working in the health and fitness industry and holds a Functional Nutrition Certification through the Functional Nutrition Alliance as well as an Access Bars Certification through Access Consciousness. Access Bars sessions consist of light touching on 32 points of the head designed to release self-limiting thoughts, beliefs and emotions that stop you from creating a life you love. 

Jaimie’s classes are welcoming to practitioners of all levels.
