About Her: “Keri Marino is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor and a Level II Reiki practitioner who has trained extensively in trauma informed yoga and somatic experiencing.

With over 20 years of yoga experience, Keri Marino has received training under trauma sensitive instructors Seane Corn, Hala Khouri, and David Emerson. Keri received her 500 hour Yoga Alliance RYT training under Carolyn Fosko and Stephen Tortorello of Highlands Yoga/EverYoga in Kinnelon NJ, where she also received her Yin Yoga certification. Keri is currently a student of Seane Corn,  and has served for many years on the Board of DASI (Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault Intervention Services, Inc).  

Keri is devoted to her many rescue cats, ducks, and chickens. She is an avid bibliophile and lover of nature and photography.

Keri is a survivor of domestic violence and breast cancer.

Pearll Yoga
  • Meaning: Peace, Empowerment, Awereness, Reawakening, to Life and Love (PEARLL)
  • Level: Mixed level, appropriate for all levels.
  • Description: This mixed level practice utilizes meditation, both vinyasa flow and long-held asanas, as well as yoga nidra techniques to release the areas of the body that hold on to stress and tension. Pranayama, mudras and mantras may be introduced.
  • What can yogis expect: Pearll yoga class differs from traditional yoga classes in that there are no hands-on adjustments, the instructor does not leave her mat to walk around the room, there is limited to no use of props and lights are not turned off during sivasana, among other variations.  The students are always in control of their bodies and are always offered choices.  Students are invited to observe sensations and feelings that might arise during their practice, and provided with tools to help alleviate stress and tension.
  • Who is it perfect for: This class is perfect for anyone looking to release long-held tension and stress from their body and mind. Open to all levels of practitioner
