About Me: “I’ve always believed in the body’s uncanny ability to heal itself.  Through massage therapy, not only can we heal and restore the body, but the soul and mind as well. Graduating from The Soma Institute in Chicago, Illinois, I’ve practiced massage as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008. I practice many massage therapy modalities to include full body, Swedish, deep tissue, foot reflexology, and sports massage. Working alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and other LMT’s in the Lakeview community of Chicago, my experiences guided me into becoming a certified personal trainer by 2010. Combining health, nutrition, exercise, and of course massage therapy – I believe that my sessions tailor to each client to provide a customized experience that help promote health and well-being.“
