About Her: “Lisbeth began her yoga journey in 2001. Took her first yoga class and was hooked immediately. She went on to receive her teaching certification in 2004 and since then has been a dedicated teacher growing with her students through this gift, this life saver we call Yoga.

Since her initial 200 hour certification with Stillpoint Yoga she continues to study with various teachers throughout the tri-state area continuously increasing her knowledge of yoga and its healing effects. In 2010 she went on to study the healing techniques of Thai Yoga massage. Yoga means union. In her classes her focus is transforming the mind, body and the Spirit uniting them together to create more joy and happiness in one’s life so there is a stronger connection to the Higher Self. Her philosophy is that yoga is not about crazy poses, it’s about cleansing the body of toxins, clearing the mind of stresses and letting go of that which does not serve so students can be present and embrace peace, acceptance and happiness… and of course let’s not leave out Gratitude.

In addition to teaching Yoga Lisbeth is also an Interior Designer and painter. When not on the mat you will find in her garden enjoying the connection to the earth tending to her vegetables or enjoying nature hiking with her husband and their beloved Labs Lucy and Finn Through yoga Lisbeth has achieved such gratitude for all the growth and inner peace she has experienced and shared with her students, continuing to enjoy the Journey.”
